All such sites will be suspended by our server team without any prior notice. No refund is possible if prohibited content is found.
aryanispehost.in provides web hosting services, including but not limited to shared hosting, VPS hosting, and dedicated servers. We may also offer additional IT services as outlined on our website.
2.1. Account Creation: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during registration.
2.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, including spamming, hacking, or distributing illegal content.
Storage upgrades are possible for shared/reseller/master reseller hosting. We do not provide extra CPU/RAM resources for these plans beyond the specified limits.
Fees are due on a recurring basis. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.
You may terminate at any time. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that breach our terms or harm our network.
Aryanispe Host is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
